Sikhs for Labour members elect an Executive Committee in line with the provisions of the constitution.

The Executive Committee consists of four Key Officers (Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary and Treasurer) and nine Functional Officers (Campaigns Officer, Local Government Officer, Membership Officer, Equalities Officer, Policy Officer, Communications Officer, Trade Union Officer, Youth & Students Officer and Events Officer).

The Executive Committee was elected at the 2023 AGM for a three-year term.
